Meet Charlie Miller

In 2006, following 35 years of what he terms “traditional employment”, Charlie decided to pursue a new career dedicated to improving the results attained by other people running businesses.

Since leaving Corporate America he has focused on helping small to mid-sized businesses (from start-ups to fully established businesses) achieve the results they desire.

Having utilized a participative and inclusive leadership technique throughout his career, Charlie discovered that the success of the enterprise is related to the extent to which the entire workforce is knowledgeable about the vision, objectives and priorities of the company and its customers. This knowledge results in powerful commitment to a shared agenda and a pervasive positive mindset. As a result, the employees each enjoy significantly greater satisfaction in their work, whatever it may be, which leads to maximum productivity and performance resulting in dramatically improved results. This spiral of success for all involved, spills out into the community in the form of economic stability and growth. Current careers are more secure, new jobs are created, families enjoy broader opportunities and the community is impacted in a lasting and positive way.

Mr. Miller brings a broad business background and valuable experience to his practice. Prior to his decision to pursue executive coaching and start Business Solutions Advisory Group, he enjoyed a successful career including 25 years in organization leadership positions in process manufacturing.

He successfully led companies of up to 350 employees and sales revenues up to $250 million. During his career he developed recognized strengths in sales, marketing, finance, manufacturing, strategic planning and leadership.

Charlie has extensive experience internationally and with acquisitions and divestitures. He is justifiably proud of his track record of developing effective, results-driven leadership teams, implementing winning business plans, building customer satisfaction and achieving improved operational results and profitability.

Charlie has served on Boards of Directors, chaired and provided keynote presentations at industry conferences and has had articles published in various trade publications.
